Demetri Kouretas is the CEO of The Grove Medical Marijuana Dispensaries in Las Vegas and Pahrump. His job consists of a wide range of responsibilities that are constantly evolving, including operations on the executive, cultivation, production and dispensary level. Question: Why is it important to you to connect with the patients?
Demetri Kouretas: A personalized connection with our patients is a top priority for The Grove. Understanding a patient’s needs and building a high level of comfort so that we can provide unparalleled service is what fuels this business.
Q: What is your favorite strain?
DK: I wouldn’t necessarily say that I have a favorite strain, however, I do really enjoy the O.penVape products. I like that they have something to offer every patient. They are convenient, strain specific and high quality.
Q: What do you like to do in your spare time?
DK: I mostly spend time with my family- my wife and three very active kids. They are always involved with something, so I just try to keep up with them!
