Jon Oliveira: Interacting with all of the patients, getting to know them on a personal level, but also to make sure they get exactly what they came in for – good quality medicine.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your job?
JO: What I enjoy most about my job is helping patients to the best of my ability to get the right medication for them. My ultimate goal is to make sure the patient walks out of the dispensary, that they feel comfortable and happy every visit.
Q: What is the importance of connecting with patients?
JO: The most important thing is that you know their needs. That you talk to them about the products they are receiving and acknowledging the fact that different people may have different effects and experiences.
